What’s the difference between a Level 2 and Level 3 Survey?
A Level 2 Survey gives a clear overview of a property’s condition, while a Level 3 Survey provides a detailed structural assessment for older or more complex homes.
Can I get repair cost estimates?
Yes — for an extra £75 with a Level 3 Survey, we will include an estimated list of remedial repair costs.
How long does it take to get my report?
Depending on the survey type, you’ll typically receive your report within 5 working days of the inspection.
